The Cancellation
Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to be considered valid.
The initial booking/token amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations made prior to 15 days of the travel date may incur charges ranging between 25% to 50% of the total package cost, depending on the stage of booking and services confirmed.
Cancellations within 15 days of the travel date, or in case of a no-show, will attract 100% cancellation charges.
No refunds will be provided for any unused or missed services, including flights, train tickets, hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services arranged by Queengrin Airways.
Queengrin Airways reserves the right to cancel any booking/invoice if the required advance payment (minimum 50% of the total package cost) is not received within the stipulated time.
In case a guest is found engaging in unlawful activities or inappropriate/violent behavior, the company holds the right to terminate services immediately without any refund.

Queengrin Airways reserves the right to modify or adjust the itinerary to ensure a smooth travel experience. Such changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like natural events, technical issues, operational challenges, or government regulations.
A booking will be confirmed only after the required advance payment has been successfully received.
While every effort is made to provide a seamless experience, delays or unforeseen situations may occasionally cause inconvenience.
