Cancellations & Commitment: We strive to be fair to both our travelers and our local hospitality partners.

30 Days+

25%

of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

15–29 Days

50%

of the total package cost will be charged.

7–14 Days

75%

of the total package cost will be charged.

Less than 7 Days

100%

of the total package cost will be charged (no-show / no refund).

Flight tickets, train tickets, and hotel bookings are subject to their own cancellation rules.

Any non-refundable bookings will be fully charged irrespective of the cancellation date.

Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Cancellation must be informed via written email or official communication.
