The Queengrin Airways Service Agreement. By choosing to travel with us, you agree to the following professional standards.
Booking & Payments
A 30% initial deposit is required to secure your itinerary. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the departure date.
Assumption of Risk & Personal Safety
Trekking, high-altitude travel, and adventure activities involve inherent risks, including physical injury or even fatality due to accidents, health complications, or natural causes. By booking, the guest acknowledges these risks and agrees that Queengrin Airways shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of life occurring during the trip. Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow all guide instructions.
Trip Integrity
We reserve the right to modify itineraries in the event of unforeseen circumstances like road closures or extreme weather. Your safety remains our priority.
Health Advisory
Guests must ensure they are in optimal health for the selected itinerary. We strongly recommend personal travel and life insurance for all high-altitude journeys.
