Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date the booking is cancelled.

30 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

No refund will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations

Cancellation due to weather conditions, road blockages, flight delays, or natural calamities(especially in destinations like Gulmarg, Sonmarg, or Pahalgam) will be non-refundable.

In case of unavoidable situations, the company may assist in rescheduling, subject to availability and additional charges.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

Flight/train cancellation charges will be as per respective airline/railway policies.

A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking; the balance must be paid before departure.

Check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel/houseboat policies in Srinagar and Pahalgam.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Houseboat stay on Dal Lake is subject to weather conditions and operational status.

In case of heavy snowfall, road blockage, or any unforeseen circumstances, sightseeing to Gulmarg or Sonmarg may be restricted or cancelled without prior notice.

No refund will be provided for any unutilized services due to weather, road conditions, or personal reasons.

In Pahalgam, local union vehicles are mandatory for Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari sightseeing and are not included unless specified.

The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary due to natural calamities, political disturbances, or road conditions.

Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo ID proof during travel.

Any additional expenses arising due to flight delays, cancellations, or extended stay will be borne by the guest.

The itinerary is subject to change depending on weather and local conditions for the safety of travelers.

Any damage caused to hotel or vehicle property during the stay will be chargeable to the guest.

Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included in the package.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

Payment Terms

SECURE TRANSACTION

30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.

50% of the total package cost must be paid 15 days prior to arrival.

100% payment must be completed 7 days before the travel date.

For bookings made within 7 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment modes.

Booking confirmation will be processed only after receipt of the advance payment.

All payments must be made as per the schedule to avoid automatic cancellation of the booking.

Any increase in hotel tariffs, transport cost, or taxes in destinations like Srinagar or Pahalgam will be borne by the guest.

The company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payments are not received within the specified timelines.
