Stay: Srinagar Hotel
Upon arrival in Srinagar, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and relaxation, begin your sightseeing with visits to the famous Mughal Gardens including Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, known for their scenic beauty and royal charm. Later, visit the Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views of Srinagar city and Dal Lake. In the evening, you can explore local markets or enjoy a peaceful walk along Dal Lake.
Stay: Gulmarg Hotel
After breakfast, proceed towards Gulmarg, popularly known as the “Meadow of Flowers.” The drive offers stunning views of pine forests and valleys. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Later, you may explore nearby areas or enjoy optional activities like Gondola cable car ride or snow activities depending on the season. The evening is free to enjoy the natural beauty of Gulmarg.
Stay: Pahalgam Hotel
After breakfast, travel to Pahalgam, also known as the “Valley of Shepherds.” En route, enjoy scenic views of apple orchards, saffron fields, and the Lidder River. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. The rest of the day is free to enjoy the peaceful surroundings or explore nearby areas at your own pace.
Stay: Pahalgam Hotel
This day is dedicated to exploring the natural beauty of Pahalgam. You can visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari (optional sightseeing). Enjoy pony rides, riverside walks, or simply relax amidst the breathtaking mountain scenery. The entire day offers a peaceful and refreshing experience in nature.
Stay: Sonmarg Hotel
After breakfast, proceed towards Sonmarg, the “Meadow of Gold.” On the way, visit the beautiful valley of Doodhpathri, known for its lush green meadows and flowing streams. After sightseeing and photography stops, continue your journey to Sonmarg. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax in the serene mountain surroundings.
Stay: Dal Lake Houseboat
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning in Sonmarg surrounded by snowcapped mountains and fresh air. Later, drive back to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check in to a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake. In the evening, enjoy a beautiful Shikara ride across floating gardens, wooden houseboats, and calm waters of Dal Lake, making it a memorable Kashmir experience.
After breakfast, enjoy a peaceful morning on Dal Lake. Later, check out from the houseboat and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey with unforgettable memories of Kashmir’s valleys, lakes, and mountains.

The Cancellation
Policy
Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date the booking is cancelled.
30 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
15–29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost 25% of total package cost will be charged.
25% of total package cost 50% of total package cost will be charged.
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total package costwill be charged.
No refund will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations
No refund for unused services such as missed meals, sightseeing, or transfers.
Cancellation due to weather conditions, road blockages, flight delays, or natural calamities(especially in destinations like Gulmarg, Sonmarg, or Pahalgam) will be non-refundable.
In case of unavoidable situations, the company may assist in rescheduling, subject to availability and additional charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
Flight/train cancellation charges will be as per respective airline/railway policies.
General Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in hotel tariffs, transport rates, or government taxes.
A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking; the balance must be paid before departure.
Check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel/houseboat policies in Srinagar and Pahalgam.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Houseboat stay on Dal Lake is subject to weather conditions and operational status.
In case of heavy snowfall, road blockage, or any unforeseen circumstances, sightseeing to Gulmarg or Sonmarg may be restricted or cancelled without prior notice.
No refund will be provided for any unutilized services due to weather, road conditions, or personal reasons.
In Pahalgam, local union vehicles are mandatory for Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari sightseeing and are not included unless specified.
The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary due to natural calamities, political disturbances, or road conditions.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo ID proof during travel.
Any additional expenses arising due to flight delays, cancellations, or extended stay will be borne by the guest.
The itinerary is subject to change depending on weather and local conditions for the safety of travelers.
Any damage caused to hotel or vehicle property during the stay will be chargeable to the guest.
Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included in the package.
Payment Terms
30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.
50% of the total package cost must be paid 15 days prior to arrival.
100% payment must be completed 7 days before the travel date.
For bookings made within 7 days of travel, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment modes.
Booking confirmation will be processed only after receipt of the advance payment.
All payments must be made as per the schedule to avoid automatic cancellation of the booking.
Any increase in hotel tariffs, transport cost, or taxes in destinations like Srinagar or Pahalgam will be borne by the guest.
The company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payments are not received within the specified timelines.
Transaction charges (if any) applicable on payment gateways will be borne by the guest.
